Manchester Evening News

Distributed throughout Greater Manchester, the Manchester Evening News is published each weekday evening and on Saturdays. The UK's largest regional newspaper has a paid-for circulation in excess of 80,000 copies per day, distributes a further 100,000 free copies per day and is read by approximately 400,000 people.

 

The Manchester Evening News reports on every Phoenix game, home and away, featuring interviews and all the latest news. All stories are also featured on the MEN's website where ice hockey has its own page.

Unity Radio

Unity Radio 92.8FM is the station with Big Beats and Bigger Basslines. Established for over 6 years as an internet Radio Station, and now broadcasting on the FM dial, Unity Radio 92.8FM is a new music station which caters for the listening tastes and trends of Young People across Manchester. Unity Radio involves over 50 high quality artists, a full spectrum of daytime shows providing music, information and positive messages across the City.

Unity Radio is the first truly inclusive youth radio station in the UK that has development programs for Young People and provides the opportunities to follow career pathways within the creative industries. The Unity Radio brand represents a positive community, encourages participation and increases the self esteem and confidence of everyone involved.

Phoenix TV

We also offer our own Phoenix TV internet channel.

This internet-based channel features highlights from our most recent games, a weekly Phoenix News round-up during the season, player profile interviews, pre/post game interviews and reaction and much more. All production is done in-house and the channel is updated every week with new material.
